A Research Of The Applicable Conditions Of The Consumer's Right Of Withdrawal In Our Country

With the rapid development of e-commerce, the network shopping,television shopping and mail shopping has gradually become the mainstream form of people's shopping. However, these new shopping ways themselves has decided the non equivalence of information between business operators and consumers, so many consumers buy goods without knowing the actual quality traits. The new Consumer Protection Act has been implemented in March 2014 from 15 starts, the article 25 rules the right of withdrawal of the consumers. But just as the application conditions of the right of withdrawal are insufficient, the right of withdrawal goes not so well. So this paper will make recommendations to improve the applicable conditions of the right. This paper consists of three parts:First part describes the general theory of consumer right of withdrawal and the historical development of China's consumer's withdrawal right. The second part describes the problems of the application conditions of the right of consumer's withdrawal. The third part describes the improvement suggestions of the application conditions of the right of consumer's withdrawal.
