The Internet industry has features of network effects, technology innovation, spread universality and trading complexity, these features of the Internet antitrust cases has brought many challenges for definition of relevant market. In face of these challenges, under the premise of following the traditional determination methods and thoughts, we should follow the principles of meeting consumer demand, case balance, reasonable allocation of the burden of proof and so on.Though not enough relevant market definition methods in current Internet industry cases, but the cases provides the most basic and important material for us to research the relevant internet market. Base on careful study and induction of these cases, this article divides the relevant internet market into four types of Internet advertising market, Internet retail market, the Internet communications services and social networking market. Due to the former three types existing substitutes in the traditional market, the relevant market should be wider definition, and because of social networking service can only exist on the Internet, so the relevant market definition can relatively narrow.
