Under the antitrust regulations, how to define the relevant market is critical to solve the disputes in the whole case. March 20,2013, the Guangdong Provincial High Court have made the first instance verdict and dismissed all the plaintiff of Qihoo 360 companies. Since then, the company Qihoo 360 refused to accept the Guangdong Provincial High Court verdict and appealed to the Supreme Court. October 8,2014, the Supreme Court made a final decision and upheld the trial court’s decision. The case is considered the first major in the field of Internet-related issues of market definition, intense debate and long sides of its proceedings of court cases have both reflect the complexity of the case. The case attracted much attention in the first place on our society, and made the definition of the relevant market on the Internet field problems to a climax in our country, but also to make people aware of the problems which exist on our definition of the relevant market in the Internet currently.After the article introduction, the article will through three mainly parts to study and discuss the field of Internet-related market definition:The first part of this paper introduces the case "Qihoo 360 v. Tencent QQ abuse of dominance case"is to analysis of the merits and find the problems in the case of the trial process."Qihoo 360 v. Tencent QQ case" embodied in the second part, the article will mainly though three aspects to dispute the issue,reflect the provisions of existing laws and regulations, concrete manifestation of the problem in the Internet field and find the problem in the defining the relevant market.The third part, which based on the discussion of the first and two parts of the field of Internet-related issues of market definition, will from three aspects related to put forward suggestions for improvement of the current Internet domain from theoretical research, legislative and judicial thinking.
