It was pointed out in the report to the 18 th national congress of the communist party that, " advocate prosperity, democracy, civilization, harmony, advocate freedom, equality, justice, rule of law, advocate patriotism, dedication, honesty, kindness,cultivating and Practicing Socialist Core values." Socialist core values has reflected the fundamental interests of the people in socialist ideology objectively, it is very important to exert the function and role of socialist core values in leading the social thoughts,consensus in the community.
