This paper is divided into four parts:The introduction part of the thesis is research background, significance, research ideas and present situation at home and abroad, research methods, etc. were accountable, thereby laying the foundation for the subsequent parts of the study.Chapter one is the implication of non-profit organizations to assume social responsibility. This section focuses on the connotation of non-profit organizations, features, functions, non-profit organizations of social responsibility and the need to undertake non-profit organizations connotation of social responsibility, etc. were discussed for the study of the subject theoretically cleared the obstacles.The second chapter is the analysis of the nonprofit organizations bear social responsibility situation and reason. This section performed on the basis of empirical research. Through the questionnaire statistical analysis on the development status of non-profit organizations and non-profit organization committed to social responsibility status are summarized and analyzed the causes of the constraints of social responsibility of non-profit organizations, including inadequate legal and policy system Government management is not in place, lack of social supervision system, non-profit organizations in four areas of system defects own existence, so as to put forward countermeasures pointed out the direction.Chapter III is the strategies of non-profit organizations undertake to promote social responsibility.
