Research On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Non-profit Organizations Participation In Social Governance

With the deepening of reform and opening up and Awakening of democracy awareness in general public,the existing public service supply system for public goods and public services has been unable to meet the needs of society,causing a lot of social problems.At the same time,both globalization and post-industrialization put new demands on the public service system,so that the traditional way of social governance,which is under the full control of the government,is no longer adapted to the current high complexity and high uncertainty requirements.Advocate the decentralization as the core of the multiple subjects to participate in the governance of the way into the current focus of social governance reform.Specific to the social field,non-profit organizations participating in social governance to solve the current public problem has became the breakthrough to meet the social needs.This paper studies the dilemma faced by non-profit organizations in the process of social governance and its countermeasures under the background of imbalance of resources and power.the paper chooses the non-profit organization "Friends of Nature" as the research object.According to the theory of participatory governance,The non-profit organizations involved in social governance is divided into three parts: governance environment,governance process and governance output.Based on the theory of resource dependence,This paper studies the dilemma faced by non-profit organizations in the process of social governance and the countermeasures.It is concluded that the unbalanced distribution of resources,the shackles of dual management system,the poor communication,the obstruction of trust construction,the obstruction of output extension and the unequal distribution of output benefits constitute the dilemma of non-profit organizations interacting with the government.Correspondingly,this paper has put forward the countermeasures of using the driving factors reasonably,introducing the third party,seeking cooperation with the government,building the trust foundation,resorting to judicial channels and cooperating with the news media,so as to provide guidance for non-profit organizations and the government to participate in social governance.
