Research On Practice Of The Communist Party Of China To Improve People's Livelihood In The Early Years Of New China

There is a view that who get the heart of people who get the world from ancient i n China. If the government want to get popular, they need to deal with and take effective measures to people's livelihood issues those related to people's live. On that condition, the measures of the Party took toimproved people's livelihood not only affecting the people's fundamental interests, but also determining the stability of the state power. As we all know, they faced with the biggest problem was that how they can consolidate the new people's regime and the party's ruling foundation in the face of poverty, miserable social situation. Therefore, they concerned and attached big importance to the people's livelihood, improved the livelihood of the people in a prominent position, and took a series of useful measures in the interest of improving people's livelihood. The theory and practice of our Party to improve the livelihood of people's, has played a critical role in maintaining social stability, consolidating political power and improving people's lives in the Early Years of New China. Meanwhile, it has accumulated rich theoretical and practical experience for today's our Party to improve and solvethe people's livelihood. This paper mainly consists of six parts:Chapter one is about theprolegomena. It includes the research background, significance and research status of this paper, meanwhile, includes methods and innovations and defines the major concepts related to this paper.Chapter two mainly analyze why our Party have to improve the people's livelihood. One hand,this is the inevitable choice for the Communist Party of China to change the social present situation. For another, it's an inevitable choice for them to consolidate the new people's political power and to consolidate its ruling status. Meanwhile,our Party is the inevitable requirement of the value orientation of serving people's heart and people's soulChapter three is about main content of our Party to improve people's livelihood. This is the key part of this paper. The main contents include: develop the economy to improve people's lives; suppress counter revolutionaries and bandits in order to protect people's safety; promote socialist democratic politics to safeguard the basic rights of the people; pay attention to the unemployed people, and constantly expand the labor and employment; develop the medical and health services to improve the health level of the whole people; focus on social relief to ensure the basic life of the people.Chapter four is the characteristics and values of our Party to improve people's livelihood.The main characteristics include four aspects: peoplehood, practicality, comprehensiveness and system. These values include: on paper, they enrich and develop the thought of Marx's people's livelihood and lay a theoretical foundation for the Socialist People's livelihood thought with Chinese characteristics; on practice, increase the class foundation and the mass basic of our Party, and accumulate a wealth of rich experience for the construction of the Socialist People's livelihood with characteristics of China.But one thing can be sured which is the theory and practice of our Party when they took some measures during they improved people's livelihood also has some little historical limitations. However, that hardly matters.Chapter five summarizes the reality of the enlightenmentof the Chinese Communist Party to improve people's livelihood. Firstly, develop the productive forces vigorously, lay a solid foundation for the people's livelihood. Secondly, expand employment activelyand solve the livelihood of the people. Thirdly, pay attention to medical and health services, in order to solve the livelihood of the people. Fourthly, improve the social security cause, to solve the livelihood of the people. Fifthly, maintain social fairness and justice, share the development achievements.There are three aspects for innovation in this paper. The first point is constructing a new research frame; the second point is developing a new idea and content; the third point is, on the research approach, be guided by Marxism and using literature analysis method, analysis, induction and other methods to make comprehensive research.
