Research On The Ways To Enhance The Judicial Credibility Of The Grass-roots Court

The judicial credibility is not only the judicial ability and the level of the objective reflection, but also the cornerstone of cultivating legal belief, and ensuring fairness and justice. In recent years, judicial credibility problem has already become one of the focus in academic and practical circles. The influence of factors analysis of judicial credibility become a starting point, which the research object is the connotation、elements and index. The construction road of the judicial credibility finally appear in perfect trial management and performance management. But,the judge、the court、the parties and the public relation model in the process of civil cases will affect improvement the judicial credibility. Very few people pay attention to this problem. The number of civil cases is very much, it closely related to the party and the public. So the meaning of the research in this area is:Be able to see the status, evaluation and restriction of the four subjects of civil action, objectively reflect the current situation of the judicial credibility of the grassroots courts, study further countermeasures on the system. It is different from other academic work. The purpose of this paper is based on the relationship between the judge、the court、the parties and the public of civil litigation in grassroots court, position their function in relationship mode. I propose a relational model for the reconstruction of ideas. It provide some references for the construction of the judicial credibility of the grassroots courts.
