The Causes And The Countermeasures Of Absence Of Judicial Credibility In China

The most outstanding performance of social credit crisis is the judicial crisis of confidence, and the judicial crisis of confidence comes from the lack of judicial credibility. In the modern society, the justice has already become the most important barrier of maintaining fairness, if the judicial credibility seriously flawed, people don't trust their country's law, then the implementation of judicial will be difficult, and there is no any meaning. For this purpose, I think if we want to improve our country's judicial credibility construction, we must do more research about our country's judicial credibility in an depth-study. First of all, I described the judicial credibility's research background, research purpose, research significance and the present situation of domestic and foreign on a brief overview; Secondly, in this paper, I summarized the concepts related to the judicial credibility; Thirdly, according to the real data and cases, this article summarized the problems of judicial credibility construction in our country; Then, I found out the important factors influencing the lack of judicial credibility; Finally, this article put forward to some countermeasures according to the lack of judicial credibility. We must admit that there are many problems in the judicial credibility construction of our country, and also the gap between the citizens and the judicial can not be resolved immediately, the so-called "Rome was not built in a day", what we have to do is try to ease off the "iceberg " between citizens and the judicial slowly. I believe that if we always insist this attitude and practical experience a lot, the road of law in our country will be more and more perfect, and the distance between the citizens and the judicial also will be more and more narrow.
