Administrative records systems and the different social system,political system,and has a lot of exclusive,closeness,openness,and uniqueness.Precisely because of the administrative file system has these unique principles of building and perfecting the system of administrative records to be able to effectively monitor administrative agencies at various levels of administrative acts to enhance administrative efficiency,to promote the rule of law in China-building process and give impetus to promoting the transition to a service-oriented Government.At present,construction of Tongren City Public Security Bureau's administrative records system has no specific legal basis,also lack the institutional assurance.In the actual practice of law enforcement,administrative records system construction of Tongren City police lacked professional talent,and the supervision of the administrative records are lacking.Based on this,we carried out a study on the system of administrative records of Tongren City Public Security Bureau.From looking at the contents of this paper,in the research on the system of administrative records and lack of system construction of public security organs regarding administrative files,based on the construction of Tongren City Public Security Bureau administrative records system and develop,perfecting the system of administrative records of Tongren City Public Security Bureau put forward their views and suggestions.Through research,combining their own works on the basis of experience,lack of administrative records system construction of Tongren City Public Security Bureau,administrative records system construction of Tongren City Public Security Bureau put forward their views and suggestions.In my opinion,Tongren City Public Security Bureau should actively study abroad experience with relevant institutions in the construction of the system of administrative records,in particular,to learn from other government departments in the country construction experience of administrative records system,pay attention to strengthening system construction in the Public Security Bureau,and through conferences,advocacy and policy of escalation paths,and call on countries to speed up relevant legal construction in the area.From the point of view of innovation,this article from the perspective of public management,combined with the legal management,to study the system ofadministrative records,breaking the tradition of law studies,on the concrete measures,reflecting more targeted recommendations..
