| Our newly revised "People’s Republic of China Criminal Procedure Law" established record of juvenile delinquency sealed system. which has a positive significance to help the ju-venile’s who return to the society to bengan a normal life in the study and work. However, with the implementation of the law, the provisions of this system is summarized, such as provisions applicable scope, main body and the application program is not specific enough such shortcomings gradually. In order to overcome the shortcomings of our current juvenile delinquency sealed system exists, in the investigation and referring to relevant institutions of abroad law, through legal, regulations abolished or adjust the conflict with the system of juvenile criminal record management system, set up an independent, strengthening legal supervision and other initiatives to improve our juvenile criminal record storage system, and on this basis, explore the construction conforms to our country national condition the juvenile criminal record elimination system in the next step.This paper consists of four chapters, the first chapter mainly introduces the theoretical basis and significance of juvenile criminal records sealed system, the second is not adult years study of extraterritorial criminal record disposal system, the third part is the current situation of our country’s criminal record storage system and the problems existing in the analysis, the last part of the paper mainly from the improvement of China’s juvenile delinquency records disposition system recommendations. |
