Though our country has been to write "the protection of human rights" into the criminal procedure law, but more about human rights protection in the protection of criminal suspects, defendants, and as a suffer violation crime, suffered huge losses and the criminal victim is rarely seen, the position of the parties is not well, the criminal victim’s legitimate rights and interests can not get effective protection, not only do not conform to the international standards of criminal victim’s rights and interests, and severely violated the law of justice, the good image of judicial organs in our country.
