Recently, with the development of the international protection of thehuman rights throughout the world, the questions of the criminal has gained far-rangingattention all over the world, and in a lot of countries they have reinforced the protection of thevictim by legislation, and the international rules of victim protection are forming gradually.The cares, that our criminal procedure system showed to the victim, the specific social weakgroup, are very less. The care in our system is distant to the international standard; the victimhaven't take absolute right of the party; the system of victim aiding and compensating hasn'tbeen founded; the system of the civil suit collateral to criminal proceedings has shown thelack of protecting of the victims. So the individual almsgiving was submerged in the processof crime running and punishing made by the country. According to the international standardof the victim's right protection, connected with our country's criminal legislating situation,it's necessary to form the system of it, to consummate the procedural rights of the victim, andto strengthen the solicitude to the victim by our social.
