The Role Of Government In The Establishment Of "transit Metropolis"

When our country vigorously promoted the "Transit Metropolis",Nanning has become one of the pilot cities.In order to better promote the development of urban public transport,Nanning has taken a lot of measures,such as improving the urban public transport planning system,promote rail transit and BRT construction,promote the construction of public transport infrastructure,improve the level of public transport information and other measures,which greatly improved the public transport facilities supply capacity,vehicle equipment,technology,service level.However,there is still a big gap bettewn the level of public transport development in Nanning and the standard of national "Transit Metropolis".In view of the problems existing in the construction of public transport and the development of public transport in Nanning city,based on the theory of government regulation and the theory of public goods supply,this paper analyzes the necessity of the government to play a role in the establishment of public transit,and puts forward suggestions on the construction of Nanning city.It can promote the construction of "Transit Metropolis" in Nanning city from four aspects,including strengthening the construction of city public transportation system,strengthen the government's public service function,promote the field of public transportation market reform,improve the ability of government regulation.In this four aspects,specifically by strengthening the city public traffic planning guidance,perfecting the laws and regulations of city public traffic system,increase the city public transportation infrastructure investment,adhere to the scientific and standardized financial subsidy system,improve public transport franchise system,establish a scientific and reasonable price system,to strengthen the city public traffic service quality supervision and the strengthening of the construction of non public transportation management to promote the "Transit Metropolis" of Nanning city.
