With the advent of the information age and the gradual deepening of the new military revolution,the information-based war has become the main form of the modern war.The military war strategies and technology forms in different countries have undergone a fundamental change in order to meet the demand of development trend of modern information war and science technology,which brings the unprecedented pressure to our military logistics.The characteristics of the integration safeguard,the diversity of warfare,and high consumption of material,also put forward higher request.Then how to accomplish accurate,timely and efficient allocation of military material has become a prominent problem to be solved urgently.Therefore,study military material distribution under the background of information-based war has important theoretical significance and application value.The paper focuses on the research of optimization allocation model constructing and solving that guarantees military material distribution effectively optimization distribution decision based on the analysis of the current research status on military material distribution in domestic and foreign.Firstly,military material distribution,and other related theories are summarized.Then,from two angles of non-time varying and time-varying optimal decision models are established,and computation algorithms are designed constructed in accordance with the actual military material distribution,according to the characteristics of military material distribution.The main research content and innovation in this paper are as follows.(1)The military material distribution,and other related theories are summarized.Through the analysis of the information war environment on the influence of military material distribution and our current unified logistics safeguard system and materials,the present situation of distribution mechanism,and points out that our current future under the environment of information war military supplies distribution will face problems,to solve the problem,put forward the basic strategy about the development of distribution under the environment of information war.(2)Non-time varying supply and demand constraints problem is studied with two sub problems:the shortest path problem of military material distribution network in wartime and selection of optimal distribution scheme based on positive and negative ideal point method.Firstly,the shortest path problem of military material distribution network is studied,and the time impedance function of road network is put forward,and the optimization model of the shortest path route of wartime distribution network is constructed.Based on this,the fuzzy demand of the operational demand center is described by the triangular fuzzy number,and the optimal distribution scheme based on positive and negative ideal point method is discussed.The optimization algorithm and the numerical examples are designed.The validity of the model and the algorithm are verified by the analysis of the numerical examples.(3)In this paper,the problem of multi distribution point selection under the condition of time-varying supply constraints is studied.Based on this,the time variant is extended to the demand side,and study the problem of multi distribution point combination optimization problem with time-varying supply and demand constraints,considering the requirements of the distribution limitation period.Aiming at the continuous distribution characteristics in wartime,the problem of multi distribution point selection based on multi-phase distribution under time-varying supply constraints is studied.The optimization models are constructed for the above researches,and the algorithm and numerical examples are presented to verify the validity of the model and the algorithm.Through the research on the above problems,we can provide the intelligence support and decision-making reference for our military logistics support and realize the effective balance of military and economic benefits.
