With the advent of the information warfare era,the military demand for efficient logistical transportation support capability more urgently.The recent local wars under high-tech conditions show that without the efficient,fast and strong transportation support capacity,it is difficult to get the initiative in the war and it will be difficult to win the victory over the enemy.Military logistics distribution is an important part of the military transportation,shouldering the important responsibility for delivering the supplies,weapons and equipment to the army of different locations.However,current arrangement of logistics distribution still relies on the experience of decision maker and the distribution form is still using the simple point-to-point form,which is very arbitrary and unscientific,resulting in a huge waste of transport resources.In addition,in the case of wars and other emergencies,because of the uncertainty of the transport time,which has a great impact on the distribution path,the resulted unreasonable transport arrangements may lead to the delay of military operations or even the failure of the entire military activities.Therefore,in order to avoid the waste of military transport resources and complete the task of military logistics distribution in emergency better,it is necessary to study the military logistics distribution.Firstly,this article introduced the stochastic vehicle routing problem and determined to use the Ant System algorithm to solve the problem after analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the precise algorithm,the traditional heuristic algorithm and the sub heuristic algorithm.Then the explanation,characteristics and classification of the military logistics distribution were dug out to analyze the pattern of the transportation.Based on that,the modeling idea was proposed.Furthermore,with the combination of vehicle routine problem idea,the usual military logistics distribution model was completed.Simultaneously,when it is under emergency condition,the Stochastic Chance Constrained Programming theory and the pessimistic time was employed to construct the model for random shipping time.Then,the problem was solved by Ant System algorithm according to the model above and the Ant System algorithm to solve vehicle routine problem was used based on the Genetic Algorithm decoding idea.State transition formula and pheromone update method was improved specifically according to the advantages and disadvantages of Ant System algorithm.At last,the algorithm was accomplished by MATLAB,the usual military logistics distribution model was solved.Compared with the result of related literatures,the algorithm was proven to be effective and practicable.What's more,the military logistics distribution under emergency condition was also solved and the optimized routine was obtained.Therefore,the article is a kind of reference to help army to draft the emergency logistics distribution plan and program military logistics distribution transport vehicle route under emergency condition.
