Court hearing in the trial is the best way to highlight justice, which is a microcosm of the level of legal institution in the country. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CCCP confirmed to advance the reform on the litigation system centered on trials and to ensure that facts, valid evidence, the protection of the right to appeal, justice play a decisive roles in the trial.We must realize the substantiation of court trials in order to emphasize the decisive role of court trials to achieve justice. Substantiation is an antonym for vagueness of the court trial. The problem of vagueness of the court trial has a long history and it exists in the practice of criminal suits in our country. Law theorists and legislators have a clear understanding of this problem, and spare efforts to reform it. But in some of local judicial practice; the vagueness of court trial is commonly seen as the trial has become a formality. The decisive role of court trial is a key factor to realize the court trial as a center in the implementation of the litigation system. It is a requirement to guarantee justice through openness, which suits the judicial reform of a new round.This thesis consists of three parts: the introduction, the main body and conclusion. The introduction mainly focuses on the background, significance of the topic, the contents and methods literature review; the main body analyzes the connotation of court trials and the practical condition for justice in trials, the theory of the centered position of court trials in law suits. It studies the features and problems of the court trial system in China so that measurements and methods can be developed to achieve justice in law suits through court trials.
