In China in constitution law stipulates that workers have the right to rest of the People’s Republic of China.Maintain and safeguard the rights and interests of citizens of rest,is to adhere to the people-oriented,set up and carry out the important embodiment of the scientific development concept,and is the inevitable requirement of the respect and safeguard human rights.The police are the embodiment of social and the patron of public interests,shouldering the crime,to protect the people,maintain the stability of the important duties.Comrade zhou enlai once pointed out that "national security,public security department in half",this is penetrating view the role of the people’s police work status.Counterpoises is people’s basic rights,the rights as a special group of the people’s police,and should fully enjoy the rights.But with the development of economy and the progress of the society,the people’s police,as a special launching and high risk,high pressure,the responsibility by more and more heavy,the law enforcement environment is becoming more and more complex.In the face of increasingly complex work pressure and higher professional challenges,no effective protection,the right of the people’s police not only affected the people’s police physical and mental health of the individual,also affects the public security organs of the whole team management and work efficiency.The rest right is a right of the people’s police in our country,is a legal protection,in order to better improve the work efficiency of the people’s police,to protect their health,reduce the expense problems in work,must be to the rest of the people’s police security to give a high degree of attention.Therefore,from the people’s police the right protection situation,this paper analyses the reasons of the lack of the people’s police the right protection,thus increasing police,strictly implement the holiday system,build appropriate labor system and rights protection system to guarantee the rest right of the people’s police.
