Study On The Protection Of Infectious Disease Patients Personality Right

Patients of infectious diseases, as a special social vulnerable groups, the protection of their rights is not only related to the patient's physical and mental health and norma! life, but also on the stability of the social order. The essence of infectious disease patients' rights protection is the infectious disease patients' personality right protection. Because the lack of specified protection for infectious disease patients' personality right in our country, the infectious disease patients' personality right protection faces many challenges in the real life. First of all, this paper analyzes the current situation of the infectious disease patients personality right protection and its legal problems in China, and clearly defines the concept of patients with infectious diseases. So as to point out the problem of infectious disease patients personality right protection, such as the lack of rights conflict coordination mechanism and civil liability. Secondly, through the introduction of infectious disease patients' personality right's particularity and the theory of its legal protection, this paper pointes out the necessity of implementation of special protection for infectious disease patients.
