The Study Of Early Dissemination Of Marxism In Shanghai(1919-1921)

From the middle of the 19 th century,China gradually became a semi-colonial and semi-feudal society under the aggression of world capitalism and imperialism.Marxism was introduced into China from the late 19 th century to the early 20 th century.They chose Marxism in many theories and firmly regarded it as the guiding ideology of the Chinese revolution.Intellectuals with advanced ideas not only expanded Marxist communication through various means,but also actively explored ways in which European-born Marxism was constantly integrated with China in Asia.Shanghai,as the modern China's largest city and birthplace of the Communist Party of China,has a special status in the history of Marxist communication.Many of the early events of the Communist Party of China were related to Shanghai and many of the "firsts" of Marxist propaganda in China were related to Shanghai.In this paper,the author adopts the "5W" mode of communication and launches the analysis from five aspects including dissemination subject,dissemination object,dissemination condition,dissemination medium and dissemination effect.The paper is divided into four parts,which mainly studies the dissemination of Marxism in Shanghai 1919-1921.The first part is the introduction.It analyses the research significance,the current research situation and the research results at home and abroad,meanwhile,it summarizes the basic framework and reveals the research methods and possible innovations.The second part introduces the basic situation of the spread of Marxism in Shanghai.It mainly infers to four aspects including the subject,the object,the communication conditions and the path of the dissemination.The subject of the dissemination is mainly the advanced intellectuals with communist ideology;the object of the dissemination is a large number of workers with revolutionary potential;the communication conditions include the international and domestic background and the regional background of Shanghai.The regional background mainly has three aspects.Firstly,Shanghai is an important port connecting China and the West,which is the geographical advantage of it.Secondly,Shanghai has the important economic advantages.It was the country's economic development center at that time.Lastly,Shanghai has the ideological and cultural advantages of communication.It is the import of Western ideas.In order to spread the Marx doctrine from greater scope,the advanced intellectuals with communist ideology actively explore the route of transmission which includes the translation of Marxism Leninism classics,editing and publishing of newspapers and magazines and the opening of school for workers and women.The third part summarizes the content and characteristics of the early spread of Marxism in Shanghai.The main content of the early spread of Marxism includes the Russian revolutionary thought,labor thought,the idea of surplus value,and Marxist materialist conception of history.This article elaborates the generation process,the main content,the refutation content of the thought of wrong solution and the influence of these thoughts.The main characteristics of early communication are summarized from three aspects: attention to the leading role of communicators in communication,stress on the interaction of subject and object in the process of communication,attention to communication and exploration,and the combination of theoretical dissemination and specific national conditions.The fourth part is the historical significance and practical enlightenment of the early spread of Marxism in Shanghai.Shanghai has an important historical position in the history of the early communication of Marxism.It made a great historical contribution to open the course of Marxism in China and to promote the spread of Marxism in China.Various propagandas promoted the establishment of the Chinese Communist Party.Early communication also gives us practical inspiration.A large number of advanced intellectuals played a leading role in the study,at the same time,the theory of communication needs to be popularized and integrated with social practice.As the essence of the spirit of the times,Marxism meets the spiritual needs of most people,and the theory needs are verified in the arguments.The victory of Marxism in the battle proves that it can stand the test.
