Research On The Information Dissemination Model Of Mobile Government

With the development of science and technology media,the form of information communication in today's society has been greatly changed.Before the emergence of mobile government platform,government information dissemination through a layer of communication.There is little opportunity for the public to participate in the discussion of government information,which makes it difficult for public opinion polls.Understanding the opinions of the masses is in a passive position in today's hot spots of public opinion.But in the era of new media,mobile government after the opening of government information can be released at any time,people can not discuss the geographical restrictions,the exchange of information,so as to achieve the purpose of serving the people.Therefore,it is urgent to study how to improve the effectiveness of government information dissemination in the era of mobile Internet,to adapt to the latest changes in media technology,to achieve the goal of effective governance of the society.This paper discusses the concept of mobile government,and the government information on how communication through mobile devices,the status of Chinese basic national conditions and based on the work of the government,and in the perspective of philosophy of science and technology,based on the analysis of media technology and the social development theory,the dissemination of information of mobile government and social background function analyses.With the theory of communication of mobile government in China's development prospects and three different ways of mobile government information dissemination model,summarizes the mobile government in the process of China's development problems,put forward some specific solutions.At the end of the article,the author analyzes the information fusion mode of "mobile government platform-central kitchen",and integrates the information publishing platform of mobile government affairs,unifying the collection and publishing.To spread good voice of Chinese government.The research results of this paper have a certain guiding role for theinformation dissemination of Chinese mobile government.
