| Housing provident fund is an important system to solve the housing problems of urban residents,China's housing accumulation fund system is from the beginning of 1991,the government to promote the development of housing reform.The system is based on the unit and individual workers to pay as the core of the operation,the unit to pay the proportion of the total number of workers,workers directly from their wages deducted.In the initial stage of China's economic development,due to the weak government finances,the problem of solving the housing needs of residents needs to be resolved by the residents themselves.It is undeniable that the system has to provide a huge boost to China's housing construction,without the system,the members of the society are difficult to obtain housing at the time of the case,the system for social harmony and stability have made great contributions.However,with the change of the times,the rapid development of economy and enhance the comprehensive national strength,to pay for the system base has not suited to the social status quo,national income gradually polarized distribution,resulting in the provident fund deposit amount is gradually widening.According to the above,the system in the current society,due to the violation of social justice,low utilization rate,functional weakness and other issues caused widespread concern in the academic community,many scholars have proposed reform measures.However,the current reform measures are not effective to solve the problems of the system.Based on this,this article will talk about the existing problems of the system,then the legislative experience of foreign housing security system was investigated and summarized,and then uses the comparative research method pointed out that China's housing provident fund system is no longer suitable for the current social situation,the present social solution proposed to solve various problems of it is showed that the system should be abolished the conclusion. |
