A Study On The Construction Of Grass-roots Party Organizations In Non-public Enterprises

The Communist Party of China(CPC),which has been the core of the strong leadership of socialism with Chinese characteristics,has gone through 96 ups and downs since its inception,and China's economic aggregate is steadily moving towards the world's power under the persistent pursuit and arduous struggle of generations of communists ranks.History and reality repeatedly tell us that the CPC,the ruling party,has a strong vitality.It's one of the Marxist political parties which has the courage to face any difficulties and obstacles,to shoulder the responsibility.And it has the ability to lead Chinese successfully completed the "two one hundred year" goal and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation's dream Chinese.Nowadays,China's economy has become the leader of the world's economy.The non-public economy has also become an important part of China's socialist market economy and has made great contributions to the rapid development of China's economy.However,through the comparison of the proportion of the large non-public enterprises in the whole social economy and the party organizations in the whole social class,it is found that the coverage of the party organization in the non-public enterprises still exists big gaps which leads to the party's position,the party's consideration,the party's policies in these areas could not be effectively spread and implemented,which will also shake the party's ruling foundation,so that the society will get into turbulence and instability.Therefore,it is necessary to build non-public enterprises for the party's need of own construction,healthy development of enterprise and social organization and the harmonious development of society for this period.This paper is concerned with the trend of this party's building,which is on the basis of the Marxist theory of party building,combined with the practice of the development of party building in non-public enterprises and the existing theoretical achievements of experts and scholars to analyze the current situation of China's non-public enterprises' party building.And it takes the work of Party Construction in non-public enterprises in Jilin city of Dunhua Province as an example to conduct research and analyze.This paper begins with the development of party's building in non-public enterprises,focuses on its necessity,and combines with the problems found in the party organization construction of non-public enterprises in Dunhua City.According to summarizing and analyzing,the following points are summarized:Firstly,the whole society is not aware of the importance of party building in non-public enterprises.Secondly,the construction of the party work team at the grass-roots level of non-public enterprises is urgently to be improved.Thirdly,the way of working methods is outdated and lack of effective carrier support.In order to solve these problems,the following four suggestions are put forward:First,strengthen the comprehensive publicity and guidance,enhance the understanding of the community and emphasize on non-public enterprises party work building ideologically;Second,strengthen the team building,especially in the grass-roots party's branch secretary and grass-roots workers' team building;Third,the method of work should be innovative in order to make sure that the activities of party organizations carried out effectively.Finally,we hope to take the party organization construction in non-public enterprises in Dunhua as a case to provide some ideas and enlightenment for the whole construction,in non-public enterprises in the province as well as in the country which will help party organizations construction go in the direction of standardization and scientific development.
