Study On The Principal Part Loaded By The Rule Of Law Thinking From Multiple Perspectives

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Party standing on the strategic and history dimension of the national future destiny,to do the top-level design of the all-round construction for the cultivation of the socialist legality,continue to promote China’s legal construction process with great courage and wisdom.To do an intensive study of the rule of law thinking is the proper meaning of the title of completing the process of building a moderately well-off society in all aspects and bring about the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,also is a ‘compulsory course’ in the process of building the rule of law in our country.To clear the main category of the rule of law thinking is the basis for the research of the rule of law thinking.The first part is the introduction,which related the proceeding of the legal system in our country with the fruitful achievements of the rule of law in recent years,bring insight into the significance of studying the subject of the rule of law in the new era.Then,the research status of the rule of law thinking presented by various experts and scholars are listed to lead to the shackles which exists in the study of the principal part of rule of law thinking in academia.In the end,the innovation point of the content and framework was highlighted to support the selection of this subject.In the second part the essential connotation of the rule of law thinking was analyzed as well as compare the rule of law thinking with the socially existing other types of thinking.Following is the analysis of the most controversial point in the rule of law thinking subject study and deduce the conclusion which pave the way for the following discussion of ordinary people thinking on the rule of law.In the third part,the fourth part and the fifth part,the author analyzes the principal part of the rule of law thinking from the view of legal state,legal government and legal society respectively,every part was expounding following the "what","why" and "how to do" structure.In third part,from the legal state perspective,the author gives an overview of the rule of law thinking of the legal professional community and then gives the analysis exposition of the rule of law thinking of lawmakers,law enforcement officials and jurists respectively,finally summarizes the path choice of rule of law thinking for lawmakers,law enforcement officials and jurists.In fourth part,from the legal government perspective,the author takes the leading cadre(the backbone of the national management)as the principal line to analyze their relationship with rule of law thinking,also summarizes the related problems generated during the process when leading cadres to implement the rule of law thinking,and aiming at these problems,sums up the selection of concrete path when leading cadres to implement the rule of law thinking.In fifth part,from the legal society perspective,under the precondition of take the ordinary people as the core population of the rule of law thinking,the author analysis the necessity of realizing their thinking of the rule of law,and then expounds the problems which uncovered when the society carrying out the rule of law thinking for ordinary people,finally elaborated the path choice of the realization of rule of law thinking for the ordinary people.
