People's Livelihood Politics: A Logical Interpretation Of China's Grass-roots Political Development In The 21st

Since twenty-first Century,the people's livelihood problem has become a major problem,Chinese grass-roots political development to face it,our central government put forward the concept of governance to solve the livelihood problems and improve people's livelihood and attaches great importance to the construction of livelihood projects.Then the people's livelihood politics in our country is in the stage of vigorous development.It is in this context,this is to "the politics of the people's livelihood as the theoretical perspective,by twenty-first Century Chinese before and after combing and interpreting the grassroots political development,the new situation clearly Chinese grassroots political development in the new century;analysis of people's livelihood construction and government,the relationship between the people and the improvement of people's livelihood;to explore the principle and path to Chinese's political development,to further summarize the logic Chinese grassroots political development in the new century.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,mainly including research questions,theoretical significance and practical significance,research situation analysis,research ideas and methods and defines and explains to analyze the people's livelihood,livelihood and political concepts.The second part is to sort out the main issues of China's grassroots political development since 1949.The main contents according to the development characteristics of different periods,Chinese grassroots politics has undergone a period of political struggle,political survival period,during the period of democratic politics and after twenty-first Century to solve the problems of people's livelihood,for the construction of people's livelihood as the theme of the politics of the people's livelihood period.The third part starts with the legitimacy of the government,indicating that the people's livelihood project construction has become a new source of legitimacy of the government.This part includes first through to the ancient and Chinese since the founding of the political legitimacy from the longitudinal analysis,explains the source of political legitimacy is not the same,and the politics of the people's livelihood hasbecome a new source of political legitimacy in China.And through the discussion of the livelihood of the people of the economic,political and social construction of the three practical conditions and the livelihood of the people's livelihood project is more prominent in the practical achievements of the five aspects to further support.The fourth part shows that the improvement of people's livelihood is the legitimate identity of the people.This part first selects the current of the people facing the comparison of several kinds of livelihood problems and problems in the construction of people's livelihood,then analyses the reasons to explain the generation,put forward the necessity of improving people's livelihood is to meet the needs of the people,safeguard the political stability and the justice practice support.The fifth part puts forward that the people's livelihood politics can be regarded as the coupling between the government and the people.The development of people's livelihood politics should further improve the relationship between the government and the people.This part summarizes the Chinese government in the construction of livelihood projects,insist on improving people's livelihood and to protect the people's livelihood in the political development of three principles,namely the principle of people-oriented,the principles of social justice,the principle of sharing.Finally,for the livelihood of the people to better and faster development of the government as the main body of practice,the people for the practice of the people's livelihood of the political development of the three path.We are in the primary stage of socialism,the socialist modernization has entered a new historical period,at the same time,China has entered the decisive stage of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Faced with such a situation,the development of people's livelihood politics can promote the reform and development of our country,and finally reach the final goal.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately determine the basic situation of China's political development in the new situation,the new theme,that is to promote the continuous development of people's livelihood politics.
