Deleuze is not a political theorist who specializes politics, and he does not name his political philosophy "nomadic politics" either. We abstract his political thoughts from his philosophy with this name. While we admit that he is a postmodern political thinker, he is first of all a postmodern philosopher.Deleuze's political thoughts are refined from the postmodern context, so they have their basis of postmodern philosophy .Deleuze constitutes a kind of thought of nomadic philosophy based on difference, multiplicity, dynamism in the process of overturning identical philosophy, dogmatic image of thought, and the arboreal mode of thought. This philosophy takes creating concepts as its primary task, and thinks that the philosophical vocation is to open the new possible space of thought, to open the new living space for life, and eventually to summon forth a new earth and a people that does not yet exist. Therefore Deleuze's philosophical thought virtually involves the elements of his nomadic politics. We could say in a way that his nomadic politics is a new political field opened by his ideas of creating concepts and his different thinking about politics. Deleuze's interest of thought is "different thinking", that is to say, he seeks philosophically the nomadic thought and different philosophies that differ from the dogmatic thought and identical philosophy, and pursues politically the desiring and nomadic power. His political philosophy is the product of resisting against the history of philosophy. It lays out an orphan line between Lucretius, Hume, Spinoza, Nietzsche, and Bergson.by the critique of negativity, the cultivation of joy, the hatred of interiority, the faith in the exteriority of forces and relations, the denunciation of power ."The eye of orienting value" in the nomadic politics is the dynamism that comes from Nietzsche's philosophy. Deleuze divides the qualities of the forces or the will to power into four different types according to Nietzsche's idea: affirmation and negation, activity and reactivity. He appreciates the affirmative and active forces, and takes it as the tool of reevaluating values, we could say in a way that the dynamism's evaluating system for values is the key to all Deleuze's thoughts and the transforming hinge from philosophy to politics. Both his philosophical thoughts and his political thoughts come from the close examination of the value system. The nomadic politics includes four intercorrelative types of politics: different politics that advocates the becomings of the minorities, desiring politics that advocates rooting out the Oedipus and the social reproduction of Oedipusization, deterritorialising politics that resists the states and all social machines territorializing and controlling over the deterritorialising flux; nomadic politics that appeals to war-machine fighting against the capture and "despotic rule" of the apparatus of state. The center of four politics is the desiring politics. We can in a way reduce the three other politics to the investments of desiring politics in the social field. The central concept of the nomadic politics is deterrialisation. It is the force that frees all kinds of flux, from coding and territorializing, therefore it bears the Utopian vocation of "liberating them".Deleuze's nomadic politics puts forward a lot of novelty and particular thoughts. It provides us many precious resources and new directions to think about philosophy and politics. Deleuze conceives of a kind of "active experimentation" about politics rather than counts on global revolution. In its microcosmic aspect, this experimentation looks forward to the sub-institutional "decoding" or "deterritorialising" of desire and affect, it is with a view to the fine changes of people's thoughts, affect, and behavior in their daily life. They will infiltrate into economic andpolitical institutions so as to lead to their "transmutation". In its macroscopical aspect, this experimentation expects those molar entities such as class, majority, subject, state, organization...
