Research On Internal Control Effectiveness Of Enterprise And Executive Corruption

Since the 18 th NPC,the party and the state set off a upsurge of anti-corruption,but the corruption which frequent exposed not only is on government officials,but also corporate executives.The high salaries failed to hold the corruption,the corruption of high-level not only injures the rights of shareholders,also reduces the value of the company,even destroys the social morality.If the effect continued developing,it would seriously affect the healthy development of the economy in our country,so how to effectively curb executives corrupt behavior is a problem worthy of in-depth research.Based on the above background,this article will distinguish corruption to dominant and recessive corruption.We choose the listed companies in 2007-2015 as research samples,manually by public disclosure of the listed company executives to collect samples of overt corruption cases study,use during the listed companies as research samples of hidden corruption;from the perspective of internal control,using the paired samples T test,analysis of descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,binary logistic regression analysis and linear regression analysis and other methods,respectively study the relationship between internal control and the corruption,and the difference under the different nature of property right.On this basis,we introduce the regulating variable,the nature of property right and market competition,to research how the nature of property right and market competition effect “the relationship”.Finally we get the conclusion: In the case of other conditions unchanged,(1)internal control effectiveness has a significantly negative correlation with executive dominant and hidden corruption;(2)For state-owned enterprises,the effectiveness of internal control has a significantly negative correlation with hidden corruption is significant,but not significant with the dominant corruption;(3)Competition in the product market can strengthen the negative correlation between the effectiveness of internal control and the corruption of senior executives(explicit corruption and hidden corruption).In this paper,the research is helpful to deeply understanding the effect of i nternal control effectiveness on restricting executive corruption(explicit corruption and hidden corruption).After reading this article,we can clear the relationship of internal control effectiveness,the nature of property right,the market competition and the executive corruption.
