Study On Juvenile's Legal Education In The South Area Of Xinjiang

Juvenile in southern Xinjiang are the core force to develop the society and economy,whose rule of literacy will take have great influence to this area,especially in recent years,the religious atmosphere in this area is stronger and stronger,some juvenile here have been influenced by the religious extremism spread through many ways,some of them even sometimes take part in the violent terrorists activities.Therefore,under the leadership of party committees at all levels,the government has implemented series of activities about anti-religious extremism,questions of mind need to be solved through ways of mind.Legal education acts as the most effective ideological weapon to arm the teen-agers and to improve their legal consciousness in southern Xinjiang,it also helps to enhance their ability to identify themselves.To conclude,legal education is the effective approach to help the juvenile to develop in an all –around way,which also helps to build a legal district and to realize harmony and stability in southern Xinjiang.Based on wide reading literature and experiences staying at villages,the paper is discussed at the background of anti-religious extremism,therefore,the background,the significance and the methods of the research in the article are illuminated overall at the beginning.Secondly,the paper defines the relative concepts about the anti-religious extremism and the juvenile and so on,the goal of the legal education and the harm to the juvenile are also referred in this part.At the background of anti-religious extremism,it is actually necessary to promote legal education to the juvenile.It is believed that aim at anti-religious extremism through way of legal advocacy and education should be reached to improve their legal consciousness so that they can avoid the extreme religious thought infiltrating.Thirdly,it is found that our legal advocacy and education has worked after interview and research and questionnaire in the four districts in the southern Xinjiang,they have played a certain action in the social stability and the economic development.However,in the face of the present situation,it is actually difficult to promote legal education to realize our goal at the background of anti-religious extremism.So we divide the juvenile here into urban juvenile and rural juvenile.The current situation of the legal education has been analyzed on the basis of questionnaire and what has been heard and seen during interview and the analysis about the relative stuff.Three types of problems have been concluded,and causes to the problems have also been drawn.At last,through way of parsing problems and thinking over and over again about the causes,some countermeasures and suggestions and principles and contents as well have been drawn at the background of anti-religious extremism,finally some specific advice are concluded to realize the teaching goal.
