The Comparative Study Of The Registered Trademarks Legal System In China And Britain

The legitimacy of trademark protection based on its practical significance goes back to a case of counterfeiting litigation in Britain.Since then,indirect affirmation of the commercial reputation represented by the trademark and its implied commercial value.In order to better protect consumers against the market confusion of goods,and to make the trademark legal system to better use,the legal system of registration is particularly urgent and important.the protection of the right to use trademarks is put on the agenda of administrative and judicial management.With the deep and rational understanding of the nature of trademark protection,the countries of the world pay more attention to the examination and protection of registered trademark.The current registration trademark review,protection system and theory can not meet the needs of trademark practice,it is necessary to introduce the international advanced theory of trademark law,the core concept of confusion,the core concept of confusion and complete intellectual property crime criminal legislation to maximize the deficiencies in the registration trademark review and protection can be introduced and fully utilized.This paper compares the trademark legal system with the British trademark legal system,and puts forward some useful suggestions.
