Japanese Constitution which was established under the control of the USA,has its particularity and defects as a result of its special historical background.However,the anti-war principles of the peaceful constitution play a part in guaranteeing after-war peace.The rapid economical development of Japan demands more on its politics.With the constant changes of the after-war international situation,Japanese ideology changes from traditional conservatism to neo-conservatism and the thoughts of amending the constitution becomes much stronger.Especially in cold war,the power of maintaining the constitution gets weaker while the power of amending the constitution obtains the broad public support.The constitution amending school which is composed of the conservatives focuses on the article9 of the constitution.That is bound to bring the constitution amending,which prefigures the transformation of Japan's national path.Although amending the constitution belongs to Japan's national affair,it plays an important role in Japan-US alliance and the Asian-Pacific regional situation.Especially with the right deviation of Japan's whole society,neo-conservatism becomes the main stream.The success of the constitution amending will pose a great threat to the surrounding countries as well as the world pattern.Considering the provision restriction Japan enforces on the constitution amending,the disagreement within the constitution amending force and the restrictive relation among the US,China,South Korea and North Korea,it can be predicted that Japan is unable to revive militarism and the system of Japanese emperor in a short time.However,it is academically necessary to estimate the threats of the constitution amending and keep a close eye on Japan's current situation.
