In the unrest and changing international situation, the pacifist of Constitution of Japanwhich standing in the frontier of the world Peace Movement has also been affected. The"hawks" diplomatic tendency of Japanese cabinet has been aggravated. The cabinet thinksthat the Constitution only has meaning in the text, and seldom get to the bottom of theConstitution, specifically the essential meaning of the pacifist principles. The Constitutionof Japan is completely reduced to a political tool. To this end, research on pacifistprinciples of the Constitution of Japan has important significance.The pacifist principles of Constitution of Japan established under the specificbackground and reasons. It has completely abandoned the war, including activeinternational coordination, and the connotation of human rights. But now the SDF hasparticipated in international peacekeeping. The government officials visit the YasukuniShrine repeatedly. The three principles of arms exports have been replaced. And suchphenomenon as the retention of nuclear weapons is becoming a challenge to the pacifismprinciples of the constitutional of Japan. The Japanese Self-Defense Force and itsconstitutionality has also been questioned. Now the pacifism principles of theconstitutional of Japan have irreconcilable contradictions with the social reality. TheJapanese government tries to alleviate and resolve conflict by constitutional interpretation,or the form constitutional change. But ultimately the pacifist principles may be removed byway of amending the Constitution, also achieving the Military Power.
