Renzi Government's Policy On Governing Refugees

The Italian refugee problem is an important part of the European refugee problem,Italian refugee problem have a big relation with European refugee problem.In the current study Chinese scholar pay more attention on German refugee problem,French refugee problem or the whole Europe refugee problem,this article try to analysis Renzi goverment's policy of governing refugees.Frist the paper will introduce basic profile of the Italian refugee,will introduce three aspects,the definition of the "refugee" in Italian legal system,the history of italy's reception of refugees and the characteristics of the influx of refugees since 2014.Then the paper will explain the background of refugees governance by introducing Renzi's prodecessor's refugee governing policy,the causes of the refugees and the impact of the refugees on Italy.Renzi 's refugee governing policies can be divided into three aspects,within the framework of the European Union,the cooperation with refugee's home country and the domestic measures.Because of the constraints of the EU's asylum system,Renzi's government should govern the refugee within the framework of the EU,moreover Renzi want to enhance the Italy's influence of through refugee problem,while maintain Italy's interests is the basic starting point of governing refugees within the EU framework.The turmoil of the home countries is the radical cause of the refugees,so Renzi's government attaches great importance to the cooperation with refugee's home country.In order to cope the pressure from the opposition parties,Italian residents and the different forces in the left-wing parties,Renzi introduce the relevant dometic measures.Renzi has his own political aspiration,also is a reformer,he want to solve the refuges problem,but he can't solve the problem with an incoherent EU and a split Italy.Italy can't solve the refugees problem alone,refugees problem is Italy's challenge also is a global challenge in the future,we should work together.
