Research On The Social Justice Of China In The Vision Of The Shared Development Concept

Social justice is always the universal value pursuit of mankind.Both China and the Western countries have the consensus of "Justice is the primary value of the social system".Recurring to the strong driving force of reform and opening up,Chinese society has developed rapidly on the whole and has now stepped into the overall transition period.Whether China can legitimately deal with the social injustice issues which generated in the reform and opening up or not will directly respect to the success of the transition and the preferable development of Chinese society.The 13 th Five-Year Plan passed by the two Conferences of 2016 proposes to regard shared development as the starting point and destination for the next development of Chinese society.Using the shared development concept to promote social justice.So,in the context of Comprehensively Deepening Reform,theory and practice research on social justice issues in the vision of shared development concept,catering to the needs of theoretical development and practical construction,is of great theoretical and practical significance.Western scholars' studies on social justice are voluminous.The thesis draws on existing theories,combining the shared development concept with Chinese real social injustice issues,and strives to giving some opinions about this research topic.The core content of this thesis is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,elaborating the topic basis,research significance,research status,research methods,innovation and inadequate of this thesis.The second part describes the relative theories of shared development concept and social justice,analyses some representative points,and points out the highly consistent between the shared development concept and social justice.The third part elaborates the overall achievement of the construction of the social justice in China and focuses on the injustice of contemporary Chinese society in the economic,political,cultural,social and ecological areas and its potential harm,and investigates the causes of the injustice.Based on the principle of combining theory with practice,the fourth part firstly probes the possibility to achieve social justice under the guidance of shared development concept.Then,summarizing the principles which should be obeyed to achieve the social justice.Finally,faced with the questions of social injustice in the above-mentioned five areas,this thesis tries to find some corresponding paths to achieve social justice.The last part is the conclusion of the paper,looking forward to the future of China social justice on the basis of the reality.
