Research On The Crime Of Trafficking And Transporting Drugs

Drug crime is a crime which is repulsed by most of us.In the complex form of drug crimes,the act of selling or transporting drugs is more common than others.In our country,although the laws and regulations and the relevant meeting minutes made provisions for how to punish the behavior,but how to define the crime of transporting drugs in �knowing�,how to identify the behavior of selling or transporting drugs,the classification of the drug crimes in the principal of an accessory,and what are the standard of drug crimes in college and so on are still some different understanding.How to deal with these problems correctly is not related to the national management order,but also related to the construction of the rule of law in our country,the long-term stability of the target can be achieved through criminal judicial activities or not.In this article,I will discuss some controversial behaviors of drug crimes in three parts depending on the case of PU.The first part is the introduction of the case,including the introduction of the basic facts of the case,the results of the trial and the focus of controversy.The second part is the analysis of the problem of the judicial cognizance of the crime of selling and transporting drug.Mainly analyzes the following aspects.The first is the subjective cognizance of the crime of transporting drugs,followed by the identification of the main identity in the crime of trafficking and transporting drugs,again is the determination of trafficking in and transporting drugs,finally is the understanding about meritorious in drug crimes.The third part is the analysis of the punishment of the crime of trafficking and transporting drugs,mainly for some discussions about the application of the death penalty.
