Research On The Settlement Mechanism Of China's Regional Trade Agreement Disputes From The Perspective Of The "The Belt And Road Initiative" Initiative

The "The Belt and Road Initiative" is a great project of China,Whats more,it will attribute to all the countries which along that area.With the powerful impetus of China,it will undoubtedly inject new impetus to the further prosperity of the world economy and trade.The stable and effective dispute settlement mechanism is the most important core element of the regional trade agreement,it can decide the implementation of the "The Belt and Road Initiative ".Due to countries of the "The Belt and Road Initiative" is geopolitical complex and have different national conditions,how to resolve each signed regional trade agreement dispute is bound to be our focal point.How to build an efficient dispute settlement mechanism under the existing legal framework is necessary.That how we use various law to promote the foll implementation of the rights and obligations of the signed trade agreements is the difficulties and priorities we should pay more attention.The goal of this paper is focus on this difficulty,Compared the existing international regional trade agreements with domestic regional trade agreements related to the dispute mechanism,we make a detailed analysis,and then put forward the new construction of the dispute settlement mechanism of China's regional trade agreement under the new perspective of the " The Belt and Road Initiative ".The author mainly analyzes the dispute settlement mechanism of WTO and the traditional dispute forms of regional trade agreements such as EU and NAFTA.Based on the current international legal environment and the dispute settlement mechanism of China's signed free trade agreement,the author make a comparative analysis and give the advice of Dispute Settlement Mechanism for Regional Trade Agreements under the " The Belt and Road Initiative ".
