A Study On Responsibility Allocation And Practice Of The Transboundary Movements Of Hazardous Wasters

This thesis is divided into six main parts.The first part of this thesis starts from theoretical study of summarize of transboundary movements of hazardous waster,especially describes its concept,category,character and the status quo.The second part,this thesis mainly analyzes the status quo of China.The third and the firth parts both describe the legal control of transboundary movements of hazardous waster by two respective orientations:international law and domestic law.The fifth part is the most important,it describes the environmental damage liability and the compensation issue.Last part,this thesis describes the relative measures,which is corresponding with such problems.This thesis tried to break through a holistic research train of thought with legal regulation by combining normative research and empirical research and introducing the method of economics,management,finance,etc.into study of the subject content,in order to provide more evidence for the view of this thesis.
