to lay a solid foundation of national legal system.But also through the analysis of the current situation of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region legislation and the existing problems,help in the practice of better guidance in the region to improve the legislative work and long-term development,the construction of a modern system of national legal system.On the basis of drawing on the excellent research achievements of the domestic academic circles,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study on the legislation of national autonomous areas by using the research methods of law,national law and sociology,combined with field investigation,Analysis,suggestions and conclusions,with a view to the development of legislation in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to provide a practical theoretical basis.This article consists of four parts.The first part is the basic theory of national autonomous local legislation.It mainly clarifies the legislative activities of autonomous areas studied in this paper,which is the concept of legislation in generalized national autonomous areas,including general local legislative activities and legislative activities of national autonomy,so as to determine the object and scope of the article.At the same time,it analyzes the essential characteristics of the legislation of national autonomous areas,that is,the particularity of local,national and manifestations.It is necessary to follow the basic principles of safeguarding national unity,safeguarding the equal rights and interests of ethnic minorities,common development and prosperity,and scientific and democratic legislation.The second part is the outline of legislation of national autonomous areas.On the basis of reviewing the development course of the China national autonomous areas,especially the basic situation of Guangxi autonomous region legislation.this paper summarizes the existing effective legislative results from the economic field,the cultural field,the ecological field and other aspects related to the social production and life.Showing the continuous improvement of the number of legislation in Guangxi and the quality of legislation,affirmed the norms of the autonomous region has become increasingly prominent.The third part is the analysis of the legislation of national autonomous areas.Focusing on the status quo of the legislative work in Guangxi,the study of the national legislative work of the obstacles and analysis of specific reasons.In practice,due to the lack of legislative planning and field research,resulting in the lack of and the Regulations of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region have brought many positive factors to create a more open and convenient environment for the legislative work in Guangxi.We should actively grasp the opportunities,through the establishment of professional legal system work team,combined with local characteristics,based on national affairs,improve the legislative supervision and accountability mechanism,play national power to achieve legislative innovation,so as to fully adapt to the development needs of the ethnic areas.Of course,in the exercise of legislative power and local legislative power at the same time,we must implement the national laws and regulations,the real realization of national local management law,rules to improve the level of national autonomy and
