With the rapid development of market economy,commercial stores in the country the rapid rise and development.The emergence of commercial stores,of course,has brought great convenience to people's lives,but in the course of its development also exposed a lot of problems,one of the core is the commercial stores and shopping malls(owners)between the status and legal Relationship issues,to be re-positioning,and further refine,clear the rights and obligations of both sides.This article will be combined with Yang v.Be ijing Arima shopping malls case,around the product liability legal system and the new sales style stores for the center,the store is a common but not common in the product liability in the position.Combining the case,this article will discuss the probl em from three parts.The first part of this article will introduce the case of "Yang v.Beijing Arima Shopping Center" and the controversial focus of the case;the second part of this article I try to comment on the controversial focus of this case one by one;The third part of this article will be on the case involved in some of the legal recognition of their own recommendations.
