The fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward to strengthen the governance of food safety and other key issuesaccording to the law,to promote the comprehensive enforcement of food safety,to improve food safety laws and regulations,to strengthen theresponsibility of government,enterprises,social organizations and public,to innovategovernance mechanism,to perfect the measures of governance,and to promote food safety social co-governance.In March 20,2017,the "Shanghai food safety regulations",known asthe most strict food safety regulations,officially implemented,which stressed the four most strict in dealing with the problems of food safety,which is the most strict standard,the most strict regulation,the most strict punishment and the most strict accountability.This papermainly explored the problems existing in the mode of food safety supervision in our country to further construct and improve the coordination mechanism of multivariate supervision of food safety.Food safety is not only related to the life and health of citizens,but also concerned with the orderly development of the food industry and the prosperity and stability of our country.With the long food culture,food safety problem has been the focus in our country.Protecting food safety and promoting food safety supervision quality and efficiency are also major concerns in the world.In recent years,with the progress of China's economic system and political system reform,the food safety problem has changed from the "subsistence" stage to the "sanitation","health" and "quality" stage.However,due to the low flexibility of the government-led supervision and the backward food safety protection mechanism,various problems of food safety management in our country has caused negative social impact.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,this paper investigates the problem of food safety supervision in China by research methods such as comparative analysis,analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire survey.The main work of this paper are listed below:(1)This paper described the status quo of collaborative supervision of food diversified subjects,and found out the problems of collaborative supervision of food safety in China.Combined with the analytic hierarchy process,the author analyzed the causes of the problem of collaborative supervision of food safety,and finally constructed a multi-subjectcoordination mechanism.(2)While the conclusion section affirmed the government's leading position in food safety supervision,it also stressed the necessity and importance of food safety supervision by other subjects,such as enterprises,third departments,consumers and media.Finally,a multi-subject coordination supervision mechanism of food safetycan be constructed in china.The purpose of this research is to improve the multi-subject of China's food safety regulatory coordination mechanism,and to enhance the cognitive levelon food safety issues of the mass consumers,whichwill promote the cooperation of multiple supervision of food safety in our country.This paper can help solve China's food safety problems effectively,and avoid food safety problems trouble people's livelihood in the future.
