In recent years,with the overall development of charity in china,Foundation play an irreplaceable role in the scientific research,culture and education,poverty alleviation and other areas.It is increasing influence on social and economic life.With the rapid development of the foundation,some problems also gradually exposed.The social public doubts of foundation is more and more big.As the southwest minority areas of guangxi,its economy is relatively backward,at the same time,the important position in is located in the "area" strategy,the development course of foundation is shorter,has long been a charitable foundation development met a lot of trouble.With the advancement of philanthropy in our country,its foundation is the overall size got great development.But is not high degree of specialization,the project areas of concern such as a single,etc.,on the indirect and restrict the development of the foundation.After the new law regulation "landing",based on certain legal regulations,Guangxi Philanthropic Foundation foundation to be ideas,the group will own organization demands combined with organizational goals,improve social legitimacy,seek a bigger development.Based on the existing research and phenomena,this paper firstly based on the existing research and phenomenon,using Bingzhong Gao's division of four types of organizational legitimacy,to charitable foundation of social legitimacy as the breakthrough point of the research,using empirical research methods,respectively from the foundation own construction,public awareness,the public trust and public expectation and media coverage Angle,analyzing the present situation and problems of affecting the social legitimacy foundation,put forward in this paper,eight assumptions.
