Such crimes disturb severely the normal order of the market-oriented economy, restrict the social harmonious and stable development, and cause more worries for the government to make food security regulation.The public security organization, as the criminal judicial authority, is responsible for making food security regulation, and cracking down on such criminal offenses as counterfeiting.In order to strengthen the striking forces, increase the counterfeiting cost, and enhance the connection with the execution, the mode of the Food and Drug Crime Investigation Corps as a special police genre is ready to come out.In the public security organization of China, the Food and Drug Crime Investigation Corps as a special police genre is unprecedented, facing the double pressures in both theory and practice, so we are at a stage of exploration in institution setting, personnel allocation, duty segregation, case investigation, and coordination mechanism building. Taking advantage of the opportunity, Liaoning Public Security Department founded the Food and Drug Crime Investigation Corps in May 2011, and set up rapidly the food and drug crime investigation institutions at the levels of the province, city, and county. Among the public security organizations at the provincial level in China, the food and drug crime investigation group in Liaoning Public Security Department, set up the earliest, invested the most, and endowed with sound institutions at three levels, which is the first to fight against the counterfeiting crimes,can be regarded as a model of the mode of the food and drug crime investigation corps.
