Legal Protection Of Citizens' Personal Information In The Internet Age Problem Research

Since the 21 st century,the degree of informationization of our society has been deepened,Internet technology to progress,the awareness of citizens' individual information value has been continuously improved.Citizen's personal information has become more and more convenient in collecting,processing,using,storing and transmitting.While citizens of personal information security issues in the Internet widely used today has become a big social hot problem.This paper discusses the problems faced by the citizens about personal information security protection under the Internet age,with a view to providing some new ideas for the personal information security protection of our citizens.The paper first analyzes the definition of personal information of citizens,divides the personal information of citizens according to different standards,and then analyzes the current situation of personal information protection of citizens in China.Under the current protection,problem.Secondly,the this paper chooses the United States and Germany that tke different legislative models of the country as example,to get its advanced approach for our citizens to find a useful reference for personal information protection.Until today,China has yet to develop laws aimed at enhancing the protection of citizens' personal information.On the other hand,most of citizens lacke awareness of protecting their own information.Finally,it puts forward the legislation of citizen's personal information protection in the form of unified legislation,according to our fact,and makes a coordinated transition with the existing law.It is also a feasible and effective way to strengthen the self-discipline supervision of the network service industry.Citizens' awareness of their own information security,and truly reduce the personal information against citizens,to ensure the safety of personal information.
