The trust system is a kind of special property management system and legal act originating from Anglo-American law system.With the gradual maturity of Internet technology around the world and the presentation of the concept of "Internet +",China's current trust industry is facing great opportunities and challenges.In this context,the trust company have to actively explore the new operation mode of trust business.In September 2014,China's first Internet consumer trust project-Bai Fa You Xi-came out,and the project creatively includes the consumer rights into the trust benefits category,which creates a new trust mode based on the consumer crowd funding and mass consumption services.In the context of "Internet +",the Internet consumer trust products,relying on their own unique advantages,are gradually popular with the trust companies and investors.Internet consumer trust can realize the value-added purpose of consumer rights.Meanwhile,it can combine the investor's financial needs and consumption needs together.But in the specific practice,the Internet consumer trust is faced up with a variety of legal issues and risks.Through the analysis of these legal problems and risks,the interests of investors are guaranteed to the maximum extent during the operation of Internet consumer trust projects.At the same time,according to the legal problems and risks faced by Internet consumer trusts,regulatory advice are put forward to achieve the aim of improving the legal system of trust.This paper is divided into three parts:In the first part,the author defines what the Internet consumer trust is,including the meaning of Internet consumer trust,its features,its operating steps and legal relations.In the second part,the author analyzes the legal problems of the Internet consumer trust.In the third part,related regulatory advice are proposed for the legal issues faced by the Internet consumer trust.
