The core issue of trade cooperation is the smooth convergence of laws and the international trade and economic cooperation is the elimination of barriers to facilitate.With the further development of economic globalization,just one individual country has been unable to cope with the development trend of world economic.Regional economic integration organizations constituted by different countries has become a new trend,and gradually become the mainstay of stimulating development of global economy.With the development of this trend,China,a booming economy,begins to respond to the situation.The idea of building the Silk Road Economic Belt rises in response to the proper time and conditions.In international economic cooperation,being familiar with relevant laws and regulations of cooperative countries,can help to accurately define the rights and obligations of between them,which not only guarantees stable and efficient operation between cooperative partners in accordance with the law,but also helps to avoid or resolve conflicts and contradictions.As it is said,the economic base determines the superstructure.The state of legal construction is the direct influential factor that influence the economic development of countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt.In addition,the implementation of programs established by the Silk Road Economic Belt depends on bilateral or multilateral construction of rule by law.Therefore,it is very important to study the role of legal regulation in the trade cooperation between China and countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt.The paper is divided into five parts.Firstly,the author illustrates the current condition of legal construction about development history of China and countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt.The first chapter clearly provides readers with the scope and development situation of the Silk Road Economic Belt.Comparative analysis is the most speedy method of distinguishing advantages and disadvantages among different items.In the second chapter,the author mainly goes on with comparative study of relevant laws and regulations dealing with cooperative issues by international organization.The part summarizes successful experience of organization design and mechanisms of resolving disputes in the European Union,the Shanghai Cooperation Organization,the Association of Southeast Asian Economy and the North American Free Trade Area.The kind of experience is directive for building the Silk Road Economic Belt and strengtheningeconomic cooperation.In the third part of this paper,the author adheres to the problem-oriented analysis.To be specific,the research analyzes law issues faces by China and countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt,which hinders economic development from five aspects,including trade,investment,human resource issues,energy trading and tax.investment,human resource issues,energy trading and tax field of five concrete layer face legal problems restricting the China and Silk Road Economic Belt along the national trade cooperation,specific analysis and research,sort out the context.The aim of Adhering to the problem-oriented is to solve problems and guide practice.According to problems proposed in the third part,the fourth section puts forward several detailed advice for promoting the implementation of the Silk Road Economic Belt and strengthening economic cooperation between China and countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt.
