The issuance of "Vision and Actions on Jointly Building Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road" indicates an comprehensive acceleration phase of building up "One Belt One Road". Currently as Silk Road is the major economic area of this whole strategy, ensuring its normative and comprehensive development can not be separated from an efficient economic and trade dispute resolution mechanism, accordingly, setting up a series of laws and regulations for solving these disputes has become an essential part. Therefore, the writer raise below main points in this dissertation to analysis the facts and solutions for building up an efficient economic and trade dispute resolution mechanism in Silk Road Economic Belt.First of all, the analysis on existing economic and trade dispute resolution mechanism in Silk Road Economic Belt. Through the analysis, the writer believes though existing economic and trade dispute resolution mechanism is playing important role in this area, it still cannot solve some problems properly and efficiently in current practice. The details regard to this please refer to Chapter one in this dissertation.Secondly, comparative analysis on current economic and trade dispute resolution mechanism in other countries as economic globalization and regional economic cooperation have become irreversible trend in world’s economic development. In chapter two, the writer will take EU and NAFTA as samples to compare and analysis different economic and trade dispute resolution mechanism such as diplomatic solving, juridical solving and mixing mechanism for seeking more efficient economic and trade dispute resolution mechanism in Silk Road Economic Belt.In the end, writer is trying to find progressive and practical solution through adjusting the current mechanism. Base on the macrocosmic and microcosmic investigation of current economic and trade dispute resolution mechanism in Silk Road Economic Belt, writer further raise the design and advice on the trend of building up economic and trade dispute resolution mechanism and hope to provide the policy recommendations for the future of the economic and trade dispute resolution mechanism of Silk Road Economic Belt.
