The Orderly Interaction Of Law In The Background Of Comprehensively Advancing Rule Of Law

The Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party considered and adopted the Decision of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party on Several Important Issues Concerning the Promotion of Ruling by Law,which indicates that China has entered a new stage of comprehensive rule of law.Unlike the previous stage that emphasis on the rule,comprehensive rule of law has been building up to the basic strategy of governing the country to a new height.In the practice of overall rule of law,we have made some achievements,but still there are many practical problems.All kinds of problems show that,in order to fully rule out the rule of law,we need to continue to explore and research,especially in the orderly interaction of the rule of law,which has more space and value to further study.From the perspective of the rule of law and orderly interaction,this paper studies the construction of the comprehensive rule of law.By learning the Marxist theory and Xi Jinping's comprehensive series of important statements about the rule of law,this paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,including the reason of the study,the significance of research and the situation of research;The second chapter is the definition of the concept,it is an overview of the orderly interaction of the rule of law,including the concept,content and characteristics of the orderly interaction of the rule of law;The third chapter is the theoretical basis: Marxist theory of law,the theory about legislation,law enforcement,judicial and law-abiding;The fourth chapter is the background: the rule of law in the orderly interactive meaning.The first part shows that the rule of law is the opposing factor of the rule of law,the second part tells that comprehensive rule of law including the rule of law in an orderly interaction:the legislative,law enforcement,judicial and law-abiding;The fifth chapter is the reality of the background: the rule of law,it shows the emergence of legislation,law enforcement,judicial and law-abiding reality;The sixth chapter is mainly to put forward my own opinions and on the practical problems in chapter five,and also put forward some suggestions on how to solve the problems of legislation,law enforcement,judicial and law-abiding reality,which shows that in order to solve practical problems,we must develop and improve the rule of law,so that we can realize the orderly interaction,which will fully implement the rule of law.
