The New Era Research On The Challenges And Strategies Of Primary Party Organization In Remote Mountains Areas

Primary party organizations in remote mountainous areas not only are the basis of the all work and its effectiveness of the CCP, but also are the core of leadership to lead the remote mountainous areas followed the pace of socialist construction. In the new era of social development, strengthening primary party organizations is the necessary to consolidate the ruling position of our party, to build a harmonious society,and to stable ties with the masses, and of course it also is an important part of the construction of Marxism learning-oriented, innovative and service-oriented political parties. The another side, strengthening the construction of primary party organizations in remote mountainous areas, is conducive to better play cohesion and combat effectiveness, to play a central role in socialist construction, to better promote modern agriculture and new socialist rural development in remote mountainous areas.The difference of natural factor and Location characteristic between remote mountainous areas and normal areas are obvious. After Chinese reforming and opening, profound changes have taken place on economic structure, profit distribution and mode of lifestyle on remote mountainous areas. With all of these changes the characteristics of the development, tasks and requirements in remote mountainous areas have changed. It put forward new requirements and challenges to the primary party organizations.In this paper, based on field research, the reasons why A town Party organization existing the problems of unsound Mechanism system, unclear relationship of branch commitment and Village self-government Committee,the sickness of party members' ideological, political quality & service awareness and the unscientific styles of lead ship and work by considering the effects of economic development, the traditional clan, Party organization system and quality of Party members are studied. What is more, the present situation of nature, economic and education are considered. With those research above, the working mechanism of the party organization and the democratic supervision system was enhanced and the quality of Party members and cadres and the construction of the team were improved etal. By combine the Marxist party building theory and practice to seek the scientific methods and advanced experience to strengthen primary party organizations in remote mountainous areas.
