With the urbanization process in China, a large rural labor force to the cities.Migrants not only caused the loss of the rural population in rural areas while causinga " hollowing out" increasingly serious, caused some social problems. This studymainly poor mountainous Guizhou Renhuai-Li yan village, for example, the rural "hollowing out" study the issue. The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part, Li yan village " hollowing out" performance. Discusses migrantworkers led to increased rural " population hollow" and agriculture " hollowing out"of the problem, the more the local migrant agricultural income, the lower theirhousehold staff, migrant workers and vocational education affect people for ruralland the degree of attention.The second part, mainly on rural areas " hollowing out" the positive impact andnegative impacts. Optimization and enhance the quality of life of local rural people’sincome structure; but the income gap between rural households appear exaggeratedand over-reliance on migrant trends thereby increasing the income of rural "hollow ",without the ability to drive the creation of rural labor fundamentally and long-terminvestment for rural development.The third part analyzes the " hollowing out" of factors, mainly economicfactors, family factors and local cultural factors. Manifested as changes in thesocio-economic structure and people’s demand for higher incomes in rural areas,"hollow" push; family economic pressure caused by people with a sense of belonginga " migratory birds " liquidity; market awareness and changes in consumer attitudesand social networks joint action to promote rural " hollowing out" of expanding.The fourth part of the countryside through reflection " hollowing out" of theproblem, propose solutions to rural " hollowing out" problem countermeasures topromote effective governance in rural areas " hollowing out" of the problem, andactively promote the new rural construction.
