A Discussion On A Checklist Of Investigation For The Expert Opinion Of Criminal

“How do the judges judge the expert opinion of the criminal” This proposition has appeared to be similar in theoretical perspectives in methodology,which is because the academic community has formed a tacit understanding of characteristics of the expert opinion,but stated it in different ways.However,there is still no better way to tackle the problem in investigating the expert opinion of the criminal in juridical practice.Therefore,the author will introduce a detailed checklist and aim to make the checklist play an effective role in the methodology.The keypoint of the investigation can be sequenced and sorted into a checklist.The list not only helps the judges judge the expert opinion of the criminal in a more legitimate,scientific and efficient way,but guarantees the expert opinion meet the standard in both the credibility and the weight of proof.The thesis consists of 3 chapters except for an introduction and a conclusion.In Chapter1,the author introduces how to investigate the expert opinion based on the checklist and what is the checklist all about.Besides,the concept,the characteristics and the functions of the checklist are also provided.Chapter 2 is concerning the necessity and feasibility of the checklist used in the investigation of the expert opinion of the criminal,including a brief review of the status of judicial authentication in China.Chapter 3 is about the implementation of investigation based on a checklist.The basic requirements and steps are clarified first,and how to determine the entries of the list and how to make the entries a checklist are also included.Last,pratical examples are shown to demostrate how the checklist is implemented during the investigation.
