China's Oil Industry Monopoly Law Regulation Research

Oil resources is related to the national economy and the citizens' daily life important strategic resources.The important role of petroleum resources,making the oil industry directly affect the sustainable development of national economy and national security.So the monopoly structure of the oil industry and oil companies of antitrust behavior are particularly social attention.This article with four chapters in this paper,the problem of petroleum industry monopoly of exploration,from the current situation and problems of legislation,discusses our country's legislation and policy,and put forward the Suggestions and countermeasures to solve the problem of monopoly.The first chapter starts with the current situation of China's oil industry monopoly problem,clarify the cause of China's oil industry monopoly,and the performance of the monopoly and related harm.The second chapter,from the perspective of law,further to explore the legislation of our country present situation and the current problems existing in the anti-monopoly law in China.The third chapter of the United States,Britain,Japan and other countries petroleum legislation system and relatively mature in anti-monopoly law system,summarizes the foreign experience and the system to our enlightenment.So,our country can learn from the west's good legislation law enforcement method and path,the establishment conforms to the situation of our country anti-monopoly law system.To further strengthen the oil monopoly industry reform,and to carry out the market economic system,also introducing private capital.The fourth chapter the author from the perspective of legislation,law enforcement,China's oil industry monopoly problem put forward the countermeasure and suggestion.Respectively from perfecting the legislation,the regulation of the oil industry monopoly,and starting from the feasibility of the oil and natural gas law legislation,and put forward Suggestions and countermeasures.In this article,through analysis and research,aimed at our country the legal regulating of the oil industry monopoly feasible Suggestions are put forward.Change the monopoly of the three major oil companies,to improve the international competitiveness of China's oil enterprises,guarantee the long-term healthy development of China's oil industry,it has become to promote China's oil industry development problem of top priority.
